Works in the Weave Series begin with original photos uploaded from my “warehouse” to the computer. I use an older version of Photoshop with basic tools to select, combine. and alter images. The final image is printed with archival pigment on gloss paper to facilitate the transfer process. To prepare for transfer, watercolor paper and basswood are coated first with acrylic paint and then with acrylic medium. After transfer images are coated with protective spray.
